These terms apply to your use of the Weldholm website. They are not the contract for supply or installation of any system — that is the written quotation and order confirmation we issue to you, which takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever conflict.

Specifications, dimensions, ratings and lead times published here describe our standard system range and are given in good faith for guidance. They are not an offer and are not a performance guarantee for your specific opening, substrate or building. Final specification, ratings and price are confirmed in your written quotation.

Some imagery on this site is concept visualisation rather than photography of a completed Weldholm installation, and is labelled as such where it appears.

• A quotation is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract, until we confirm your order in writing.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and assume the site conditions and measurements provided in your brief.
• Every quotation includes installation unless it states otherwise in writing.
• Where a figure on this site is indicative rather than firm, we say so; we do not present estimates as fixed prices.

When you submit a form you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential third-party drawings or personal data about other people without their knowledge. How we handle your enquiry data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Systems are backed by our production partner’s manufacturer warranty on materials and components, and by our own workmanship on installation. The exact warranty terms and duration are confirmed in writing with your quotation. We do not publish a warranty period on this site because it depends on the system and the specification agreed.

The content, layout, copy, diagrams and imagery on this site belong to Weldholm or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or specifying our systems. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy the content without our written permission.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where we link to a third-party site we are not responsible for its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information in place of a written quotation, or for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for work we contract to carry out is governed by your quotation and order confirmation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
